My mom used to make a meal of sweet beans for us, and we would have it with Arabic bread. During the quarantine, I thought about making it. Since I didn’t have the Arabic bread and it was a difficult time to get out for unnecessary stuff, I thought about eating it with white rice. I cooked the rice with only cloves and cardamom, which made it very tasty.
- olive oil
- 1 can white beans
- tomato sauce
- 1 small spoon sugar
- Fry onions in olive oil until they become slightly brown.
- Add white beans, tomato sauce, sugar.
- Let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
My family called me Zain and it’s pronounced Zain as you pronounce Rain. My native language is Arabic. My favorite way to eat potatoes is to eat it with my hometown’s olive oil.
